The terms that apply when you use BizFlow.
These Terms apply when you access or use BizFlow. If you create or manage a business account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use BizFlow.
BizFlow provides business tools that may include customer and staff records, appointment and queue management, service and sales records, reports, notifications, online booking, and subscription management. Features may change over time. BizFlow is not a bank, mobile-money provider, or payment network.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly at bizflow098@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Business owners are responsible for managing staff access and for activity performed through their business account. Do not share credentials or access another person’s account without permission. You may enable an app PIN or device biometrics as an additional lock on the app; keep your device and its unlock methods secure. These controls do not replace your account password or guarantee that a device or account cannot be accessed.
Your business remains responsible for the customer and staff information it enters into BizFlow, including giving required notices and having a lawful basis to use it. You retain your rights in data you submit. You authorise BizFlow to host and process that data to provide the service, support your instructions, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload information you are not authorised to use. See our Privacy Policy.
BizFlow offers the plans and prices displayed in the app. A new business account currently starts with a 30-day trial. Paid subscriptions are generally for the period shown at checkout and are initiated through an M-PESA payment request; they do not renew unless you complete another payment. If a subscription expires, some write or paid features may be restricted until renewal. M-PESA is provided by Safaricom and is subject to its service terms. Customer payments made to a business are between that business, its customer, and the payment provider.
Use BizFlow lawfully and only for its intended business purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s data, or use BizFlow to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
Only an active business owner can delete the business account through Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes the business, its users, and associated business records from the active service. Make any copies you need before confirming deletion. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period or where retention is required by law.
BizFlow and its software, name, design, and materials belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for your business while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits.
We work to keep BizFlow available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our control. Payment networks, mobile networks, and other third-party services have their own availability and terms. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, BizFlow is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and BizFlow is not responsible for indirect loss caused by outages or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address an unpaid or expired subscription. We may update these Terms; we will post the revised text and update its date. If a change materially affects users, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Kenya. For questions about these Terms, contact bizflow098@gmail.com.
